该公司上个月首次宣布其首次公开募股（IPO）计划，目标是筹集1.75亿新加坡元（约合1.264亿美元）。
该1.934亿股中的1.039亿股将属于基石投资者新加坡广告策划公司招聘，包括安本资产管理亚洲（Aberdeen Asset Management Asia）、富达投资管理（FIL Investment Management）和明治安田资产管理（Meiji Yasuda Asset Management）。在剩下的8,950万股中，将有380万股为公共股份。该公共股份包括供该集团董事及雇员保留的440,800股。

(Jun 12, 2017,/staffingindutry.com/)Singapore-based recruitment firm HRnetGroup has launched an IPO at SGD 0.90 (USD 0.72) a share for 193.4 million shares.
The firm first announced its plan for an IPO last month with the aim of raising SGD 175 million (USD 126.4 million).
Of the 193.4 million shares, 103.9 million will go to cornerstone investors including Aberdeen Asset Management Asia, FIL Investment Management and Meiji Yasuda Asset Management. Of the remaining 89.5 million shares, there will be a public tranche of 3.8 million shares. That public tranche includes 440,800 shares reserved for the group’s directors and employees.
HRnetGroup claims to be the biggest recruitment agency in Singapore.The group does executive search and flexible staffing. Its agencies include Recruit Express, which focuses on employees with monthly contracts, and Recruit First which focuses on temporary staff paid by the hour.
The company plans to use proceeds from the IPO for potential acquisitions in Asia Pacific.
